Releasing Anger

Yes this is something that annoys you when you’re angry, but long deep breathing really does help alleviate anger.
Move your body:
Getting your blood flowing helps to cool down any irritation. Work hard and work out your frustration!
Don’t take things so seriously:
Laugh a little and let things go, life is too short to hold on to expectations or grudges.
Repeat calming mantras:
Have a little phrase that you are able to tell yourself when you’re becoming annoyed. If you can stop the anger before it becomes full on, you’ll have better results.
