On May 15th 2020 our billing service provider had a system error. This error caused some Mississauga members to be billed for their membership dues. This membership dues charge was reversed immediately.
Check your credit card statement and you will see that this charge was reversed. You have also received an email in regards to this issue on May 15, 2020.
We have removed the billing from our software system to ensure this error never happens again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
