The secret ingredient in this fruit salad…Hemp Seeds!! Hemp seeds are a complete source of protein. They provide all nine essential amino acids, and they add a delicious crunch to any fruit salad recipe.
Summer Fruit Salad Recipe
(serving size: 2)
1 apple or pear, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
¼ cup fresh berries
1 tbsp soaked goji berries or 2 chopped dried apricots or figs
10 almonds chopped
2 tbsp hemp seeds
¼ cup unsweetened coconut
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seed
Juice of 1orange (optional)
- Place all ingredients into a bowl, serve and ENJOY!
