NO MORE BACK PAIN!

This busy mom made the decision to commit to improving her health. She is now dedicated to coming to the gym a minimum of 2-3 times per week and in as little as 2 months has lost 7 inches and is finally feeling the relief in her lower back that she had been suffering for over 2 years!

Jungah, a busy mom, finally made the decision to make time for herself! She began Training with Erika in February 2017 twice a week and in just 2 short months, started reaping the rewards![/fusion_text][/one_half][fusion_text]When Jungah came to Erika, she was looking to lose weight, increase her energy levels and most importantly, decrease her lower back pain that she had been experiencing for over 2 years.

In just 2 short months, she was able to commit to a new routine of getting to the gym 2-3 times a week, lost a total of 7 inches, increased her protein intake and is now PAIN FREE! The back pain that she had been suffering from for over 2 years, has finally been relieved from the increase in her core and muscular strength.
