As a member you are entitled to put your membership on hold for maximum of 3 months a year. Holds are done in month increments; 1 month minimum and 3 months maximum.

If you would like to put your membership on hold, for the Mississauga Club please contact Alexandra in Member Services at agiovenco@onehealthclubs.com. For the Oakville Club please contact the Front Desk and they will be able to assist you.

We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice, prior to the time you wish to place your membership on hold, to allow the Administrative staff to properly process your request. Holds cannot be completed over the phone, they can be done through email or in person at the club as a written documentation of your request is required. If you would like to take your membership off hold, please note that holds are done in month increments and this is followed when a hold is taken.
