If you are not receiving our emails and you have confirmed we have the correct email address, it could be one of two reasons this is happening. Please follow these two steps to help us get you on our list and receiving our emails:
- Since our emails are sent out in bulk, it can often register as junk or spam, depending on your personal settings. Check your spam/junk files and/or personal computer settings. If our emails are ending up in your spam/junk folders then change your personal settings to ‘allow’ emails to come through from One Health Clubs.
- If you still are not receiving emails, please be sure the update your information with Front Desk, through them you can request to be added to the mailing list. As well, if you wish to unsubscribe to our emails you can do so by contacting Front Desk or following the unsubscribe link in the email.
