A Fitness Consultation is an important first step for all new members

It’s not an evaluation or a test – you cannot pass or fail! Rather it is an opportunity to set firm and clearly defined goals. It will also give us the chance to set baseline stats such as:

  • Shoulder mobility
  • Lean mass
  • Flexibility

We can determine where you are now, where you want to be and help you to get SERIOUS RESULTS.

Statistics show that you are more likely to succeed with clearly defined goals.

We will determine what you need to achieve your goals and get you on the best path. It’s an extremely important (and painless) step for success when getting started – whether you choose to focus on weight loss, strength, weight gain, or whatever your defined goals may be.

In our Zen inspired Hot Yoga studio you can enjoy up to a 95°F workout. Stretch it out and sweat it out in any of our regularly scheduled classes with options for all levels. Not interested in turning up the heat? Not a problem, we have a great selection of regular yoga classes too.
