Tasty Turkey Burgers Recipe
Making healthier choices is a tough call. We are programmed to crave all of the delicious things we are exposed to on a daily basis. Making simple switches like opting for a turkey burger instead of traditional beef is a great step in the right direction.
This recipe serves one, but can be multiplied to serve your whole family!
Turkey Burger Recipe
5-6 oz lean ground turkey
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
Dash of salt
1) Preheat grill on medium-high heat
2) Mix ground turkey with oregano, garlic, and salt
3) Form into patties
4) Lightly oil pan and place patties to cook for 10 minutes each side
5) Top with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and enjoy!
