One of our favourite healthy baking swaps is adding black beans to your recipe.

Like other legumes, such as peanuts, peas, and lentils, black beans are known for their high protein and fibre content. They also contain several vitamins and minerals that are known to improve your health.

Adding black beans to your brownie recipe will increase the amount of protein and fibre, as well as take the place of some of the flours traditionally used.
