If you want a great workout come try this out. Definitely the fastest way to get into shape. I can’t leave out the personal trainers either, they are the best of the best.

What is One Health Clubs – High Performance Training Centre?
High-performance with a PLUS!! This is the first HPTC of its kind that combines the training methods of multiple Olympic and World Champions and World record holders. This is not theory or studies. It follows the exact protocols followed by some of the fastest people on the planet for over 3 decades.
This groundbreaking HPTC presents the latest and most effective philosophies, protocols and programmes for developing today’s athletes. We bring cutting-edge knowledge and techniques used by Olympians as well as top athletes and teams from the NBA, NFL, MLB, English Premier League, Tour de France and International Rugby.
We offer one-on-one Training options as well as Group Training sessions. Group training sessions provide personalized attention and support along with the motivation of fellow participants. The circuit-based training is developed to help engage and empower the athlete in you while educating and helping you reach your goals, and includes nutrition education to help fuel your daily performance.
Who should be utilizing the HPTC?

Most people lose motivation at some point and their fitness goals can get side-tracked, these sessions can be a boost to revitalize your motivation and introduce you to different training options and methods.
Who should NOT be using the HPTC?
Anyone with injuries or health issues should not be using the HPTC! It is designed for high-performance and the regular workout floors at One Health Clubs are best for members that are working through health issues or injuries.
Director of Training & Development
Mark has extensive experience in creating the world’s best fitness and athletic training programs. He is also a recognized expert in empowering and training others in how to have a mindset of champion and apply it to get breakthrough results everywhere in life, including in health & fitness, and in building winning teams and support structures. Mark’s greatest achievement is winning the Gold Medal in 110m hurdles at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, Spain (the first Gold Medal for Canada in Track & Field in 60 years). Mark has been in the health and fitness industry for almost 40 years. Developing programs for himself and others as a teenager, he has continued (and continues) to develop and implement programs for a range of individuals from novice to professional. Throughout Mark’s long career, he is one of the only athletes that has had the opportunity to train and work with some of the most diverse and successful athletes and coaches on the planet. Therefore giving him an unrivaled insight into some of the training methods of some of the most successful coaches and athletes ever.
Hockey/Strength & Conditioning
As one of only four Level 5 Master Coaches in Canada, Clance Laylor has emerged as one of the most respected names in professional strength and performance training. A secret weapon of top Olympians, competitive athletes, coaches and driven professionals alike, Laylor’s reputation as a tough, no-nonsense trainer skyrocketed with the success of his young client P.K. Subban. This star Montreal Canadian trained with Laylor from his early OHL days and NHL draft to his recent win of the coveted Norris Trophy and Olympic Gold at Sochi in 2014. With Laylor as his trainer, Subban’s career continues to skyrocket with a new CDN$72-million contract (8 million over 9 years). In addition to Subban, Laylor also trains key NHL players on teams such as the Washington Capitals and Boston Bruins while working closely with leading coaches – from rugby to weightlifting – to develop programs to optimize the performance of their athletes. In 2014, Laylor launched an intense and cutting-edge training system to increase strength and endurance: The Athlete Activation system www.athleteactivation.comis already winning accolades from top-tier competitive athletes under his tutelage, Laylor’s own 17-year old daughter Maya Laylor became the 2014 weightlifting champion of Canada and has competed in the Junior world championships in Kazan Russia.
